Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal


Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you have taken possession of the artwork.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Kilian Alexander Krüger, c/o MDC Management#5284, Welserstraße 3, 87463 Dietmannsried, art@kiliankrueger.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

 

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

 


If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method).

The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notification.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method for the refund that was used for the original transaction.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the artwork back or until you have provided proof that you have returned it, whichever occurs first.

 

 

 

Returns

 


You must return the artwork without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the artwork.


You are only liable for any loss in value of the artwork if the loss results from handling that was not necessary to assess the condition, characteristics, or functioning of the artwork.

 


Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for artworks:

 

  • that are custom-made according to customer specifications,

  • that are clearly tailored to personal needs,

  • that require individual design, personalization, or creation based on customer-provided images, sketches, or concepts,

  • or that are unique one-of-a-kind originals that cannot be reproduced.

 


This includes all commissioned artworks, portraits, personalized pieces, and custom glass works.
