Shipping Information

 

• All artworks are shipped from Germany.

• Shipping costs are included in the price unless otherwise stated.

• Delivery usually takes place within 10–14 business days after payment is received.

• We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company.

• Any import duties, taxes or fees charged in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

• If a piece arrives damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and the artwork.

• Returns are only accepted after prior agreement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Please do not return or dispose of a damaged artwork without prior consultation.

• Each piece is made of real fractured glass. Despite professional packaging, minimal new fine cracks may occur during transport — these are part of the natural character of the material and do not constitute a defect.
