1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop at kiliankrueger.art. The contractual partner is

(hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”).
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The artworks displayed in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers, but rather an invitation to place an order. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once you receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices and include applicable VAT (if charged). Payment is made using the payment methods offered during the checkout process. Payment processing is handled by our service partner MBA.
4. Delivery
Artworks are shipped by our logistics partner MBA. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after receipt of payment. Each piece is made of real fractured glass. Despite professional packaging, minimal new cracks may occur during transport — these are part of the natural character of the material and do not constitute a defect.
5. Retention of Title
The delivered artwork remains the property of the Provider until full payment has been received.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details on the conditions and deadlines can be found under the section “Right of Withdrawal.”
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
8. Final Provisions
German law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Leipzig, insofar as legally permissible.
