Right of withdrawal for available artworks

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a concluded purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the artwork.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until the artwork has been returned to us or until you have provided proof of return.

The direct costs of returning the artwork shall be borne by the buyer.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for commissioned works

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for individually produced artworks that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

This applies in particular to:

• Portraits

• Personalized artworks

• Commissioned works based on the customer’s own photos

• Individual custom-made pieces

• Motifs or concepts developed specifically for the customer

Since these works are produced exclusively at the customer’s request and cannot be sold elsewhere, withdrawal is excluded once production has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
