The presentation of artworks on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but serves solely to inform about available works and possible commissioned works.

3. Inquiries and Conclusion of Contract

Through the website, interested parties can submit inquiries about available artworks or individual commissioned works.

A purchase contract is only concluded through an individual agreement between the provider and the customer and a corresponding confirmation.

4. Prices

All stated prices are final prices in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

Prices for individual commissioned works are agreed separately.

5. Payment

The payment terms are agreed individually with the customer and communicated before the conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery

Delivery takes place by individual arrangement.

Delivery times may vary depending on the artwork, order volume, and shipping destination.

Since the artworks are made from real broken glass, minor material-related variations in the glass structure may occur. These do not constitute a defect, provided the artistic effect of the work is not impaired.

7. Commissioned Works

For individually crafted artworks, special arrangements regarding motif, format, delivery time, and payment terms can be made.

Individually crafted works are excluded from return and exchange, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Copyright

All works, images, texts, and content presented on this website are subject to the copyright of Kilian Alexander Krüger, unless otherwise stated.

Any use, reproduction, or publication requires prior written consent.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
