Shipping Information

All artworks are shipped from Germany.

Shipping costs are included in the price unless otherwise stated.

Delivery usually takes place within 10–14 business days after payment is received.

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the shipping company.

Any import duties, taxes or fees charged in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a piece arrives damaged, the damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the packaging and the artwork.

Returns are only accepted after prior agreement. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Please do not return or dispose of a damaged artwork without prior consultation.

Each piece is made of real fractured glass. Despite professional packaging, new fine cracks may occur during transport, these are part of the natural character of the material and do not constitute a defect.
