Hidden in Light

A woman, hooded, in near stillness.

Her face disappears into shadow - but the light finds its way through the fracture.

Unlike most of my works, this piece rests on a deep purple background,

giving the glass a softer tension, a different kind of weight.

The light reacts differently.

The break feels slower.

It's not drawn, it's shattered.

Each detail formed from real impact, the result of hundreds of controlled hammer strikes.
